    • All subscriptions are set to auto-renew to ensure uninterrupted access to our training resources.

    • Members are responsible for managing their subscription settings if they wish to cancel prior to the renewal date.

  2. Refund Eligibility

    • Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

    • A late cancellation fee of up to $50 applies if the request is made after the renewal has been processed.

  3. Platform Upgrade

    • All active members are automatically upgraded to the Trosky 365 App at no additional cost, granting continued access to elite infield and mental game development programs.
