Elite Player Development
Nate Trosky has scouted professionally for the last 20 years and is currently employed by the Milwaukee Brewers. He has hired over 2,000 college coaches to work for his Trosky National Showcase Events (the #1 showcase company on the West Coast).
Coach Trosky coaches and has coached over 50 first-round draft picks, including some of the game’s best—MLB All-Stars like Bobby Witt Jr., JP Crawford, Nico Hoerner, Nolan Arenado, Alec Bohm, CJ Abrams, and Christian Yelich. With the motto of developing infielders from the inside out, Coach Trosky’s training not only develops elite infielders—it changes lives!

Major & Minor League Impact
Coach Trosky serves and has served as a baseball clinician at numerous colleges and universities, including Stanford, USC, Oregon State, Santa Clara, Cal Poly, Westmont, Sonoma State, San Diego State, CSUN, Arizona State, University of San Francisco, University of San Diego, Loyola Marymount, Cal State Monterey Bay, and UC Santa Barbara.
Coach Trosky has coached and/or trained over 1,000 minor league players, 300 big league players, and over 10,000 college players. In 2024, Coach Trosky had 18 of his former infielders playing in the MLB. He is currently the personal infield coach for three MLB All-Star infielders (Bobby Witt Jr., Alec Bohm, and CJ Abrams).

High School & National Development Programs
Coach Trosky coaches annually with Area Code Baseball (the #1 high school MLB combine in the world) and has served as the New Balance Area Code Camp Director. He also worked with USA Baseball’s Breakthrough Series (BTS) in player development.
Trosky Baseball & National Elite Infield Camps
Coach Trosky is the founder and CEO of Trosky Baseball, one of the top player development, travel baseball, and college showcase organizations in the world. Annually, the Trosky travel teams average 20 players drafted in the MLB Draft and sign 100+ of their players to Division I colleges. As the leading infield authority, Coach Trosky coaches over 2,000 infielders annually at his National Elite Infield Camps. In the Area Code Games each summer, he also trains, coaches, and competes against the top 36 high school infield draft prospects in the country.
International Experience & Media Presence
Coach Trosky was the head coach of Monterey Peninsula College and coached with the German, Croatian, and South African National Teams. He coached professionally in Europe and in three American minor leagues. In the German Bundesliga, he won a national championship as head coach of the Cologne Dodgers and was named Germany’s Baseball Coach of the Year. Annually, Coach Trosky coaches in the Dominican Republic with some of the top baseball academies. Coach Trosky is known as one of the top infield instructors in the world. He is a national speaker and radio analyst, hosting the weekly XM Radio show “CPD – Complete Player Development,” a branch of the Trosky Ranch – 6th Tool Nation! Coach Trosky is co-owner of Trosky EdTech, a player development company dedicated to guiding aspiring coaches and student-athletes.


Academic Background & Global Reach
Coach Trosky received All-American and Scholar-Athlete awards in college and holds a Master’s degree in Christian Leadership / Youth and Family Development. His baseball endeavors have taken him to all 50 U.S. states as well as around the world, coaching in South Africa, Japan, China, Canada, the Dominican Republic, Mexico, Hawaii, Germany, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Croatia, and the Czech Republic.
