Original sales receipt must accompany returns.
We only accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 30 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
- without showing signs of wear or damage in any way;
- within 30 calendar days of the delivery date (after 30 days no returns are allowed);
- must not be a special order or a custom order; or
- unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 30 days noted in that item's particular item description.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by Trosky Baseball, please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from or items that you did not order but received from Trosky Baseball will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
Again you MUST contact us within 30 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 30 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE ME TO GET MY ORDER?
With standard shipping, you should receive your order within 7-14 business days. Please note, we ask that you allow up to 14 days for your package to be delivered before contacting us to open a lost box claim.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
You may return or exchange your order for a refund or replacement within 30 days of the purchase date. Please emailing support at contact@troskybaseball.com. Provide your full name an order number. Additional shipping cost may apply.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY REFUND?
Our warehouse typically takes between 5-7 business days to process a return after being received. Once the return has been processed by our warehouse a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. In total this entire process can take up to 14 business days. Be sure to save your proof of postage until your return is completed.
HOW DO I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
As soon as you place your order, we begin processing it. Therefore, we are unable to change or cancel orders. Please visit the returns page if you wish to submit a return authorization once your order has been received. The terms and conditions for returns will apply.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
We will email you as items in your order ship with a tracking number.
