I understand, after several decades of working with thousands of student-athletes and successful individuals at all levels, that their desire and passion to succeed on and off the field puts them at the top of their class. Choosing the right training and development process to set yourself up to become a High School/College/Professional athlete is one of life’s biggest decisions. It is not a four-year decision or a 40-year decision but a generational decision!

The academic and athletic path to High School, College, Professional baseball is more competitive than ever. This game plan is not as clear cut as it once was, and that’s why I joined forces with Trosky Baseball. In my lifetime of experience in this field the value we deliver to student-athletes and their families by providing world-class service through information, education, training, support and opportunities in today’s player development and recruiting process is unmatched.

I am married and have a daughter and son that are both committed to Arizona State University for Beach Volleyball and Baseball respectively, so I understand the importance of this process to each and every family and treat everyone as if they are part of our family.
